1. Privacy Notice: Please note, for your privacy and security, do not disclose any personal information to individuals in the building other than your Chiropodist.

Parking Directions: Patient parking is available at Sunset Family Fun Centre located at the intersection of Mary St. and Goderich St. Please proceed to the clinic through the main entrance at the Powerlink building, 1020 Goderich St. For directions from the parking area to the clinic, click Directions to Clinic Location

3. Medication Records: Please bring your current medication list to your appointment.

4. Orthotic Dispense: Please bring appropriate footwear to your appointment to ensure proper orthotic fitting. We cannot dispense orthotics if your shoes show significant wear that may impact therapy.
